Never Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes the following privacy policy ("Policy") regarding the handling of privacy information in the "Alarm ToDo" application (the "Service").

• Aggregated usage data (e.g., screen views, interaction events, app launches; collected as anonymized statistics)

• Purchase/subscription status (active/inactive, transaction identifiers as needed; payment details themselves are managed by each app store)
• Advertising identifier (may be used for ad delivery/optimization)
• Information provided when making inquiries (e.g., email address)

Data Storage and Sync

• To‑dos, lists, alarms, and related content are, in principle, stored locally on the device.
• If iCloud sync is enabled, data is synchronized via Apple's services (the Company's servers are not used as an intermediary).
• Notifications use the device's local notification system; notification content is generated on the device.

Analytics and Advertising

• To improve app quality, anonymized statistics (e.g., usage counts, screen views, crash information) may be collected using analytics tools.
• For ad delivery, third‑party SDKs may be used. Information collected and used is governed by each provider's policies. You can restrict tracking or reset your advertising ID in device settings.

Purpose of Use

Collected information is used for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and improve Service features
• To provide guidance and support to users
• To investigate issues and improve quality
• To verify purchase/subscription status (e.g., enabling subscriptions)
• To comply with laws and regulations

Provision to Third Parties

The Company will not provide Personal Information to third parties without the user's consent, except as required by law.
